The Wild One

Before the Porsche Factory "Hopped-up" street cars of today emerged, there were 356 Gmund coupes that left a fledgling factory.

Driving these aluminum machines was a new kind of rebel here in the US. Some were young men coming back from the war that were seeking a new kind of sports car. Others joined from a new generation coming of age to a Rock and Roll beat, and breaking more rules than just the speed limit. The Gmund coupes were the start of this being raced in Europe and State Side. This is one of those cars, meet "No Tires Today."

BTW. this was Jerry Seinfeld's car used in the TV production of "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee."

This is a 16"x 24" gloss print infused onto metal and custom made repurposed barn wood frame. It's wired, ready to hang, and be enjoyed! It can be yours for $450 including shipping here in the US.
